Shipping Information

All domestic and international orders are shipped with Federal Express. We offer Ground, Express Saver, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipping for domestic shipments and Priority or Economy shipping for international shipments. Shipments weighing over 500 lbs can be shipped with our trucking company at a lower rate. If your order is over 500 lbs, we will contact you once you have placed your order to give you a shipping rate.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The ESTIMATED shipping charge for your order will be shown on your order when you checkout. Due to the variance in weight and size of thousands of combinations of products our shipping calculator can only estimate the shipping charges on an order. If there are any changes in the shipping cost on your order we will notify you before your order is shipped. You are responsible for duties/customs in your own country. If duties/customs end up being billed to us, we will charge you for that.

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?


Orders placed before 9AM PST are usually shipped the same day, however the standard shipping parameters are 24-48 Hours. We pride ourselves on getting your merchandise to you as fast as possible and we will always try our best to accomodate any special needs. Please keep in mind that problems with billing/shipping adresses or payment issues may delay the shipment of your order. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once we have shipped your order you will recive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your shipment at FEDEX.COM.
